Thuggery is a product of a different type of discipleship system, just like Boko Haram etc.

We can’t pretend not to understand the root cause of the fruits we now see. You now know it’s beyond politics (democracy), or good governance, but about power (and not service).

To the discouraged young woman and man, brace for impact and welcome to adulthood!

Let’s be moderate in speech (carefulness of tongue), meditate more and find a worthy mission in this life and submit to it — you will find a measure of fulfillment and peace.

If we want to reap a good society, we have to plant the seeds (work hard). Nation building is work and go check out the price other countries paid. We also have to respect times, seasons and cultural sensitivities that are backed by blood!

Let’s be careful how we criticize the Esthers “in the Palace” who are representing us and won’t resign because they are there for such a time as this, or Daniels and his three friends, who despite being captives from their just destroyed home town, had to submit to the authority of an oppressive Nebuchadnezzar. They eventually ran the show and even served over 4kings later.

Pending when our democracy fully matures, and it’s still on its way there; we have to understand authority, before we collect power. When our democracy crosses the threshold, we will transition into a service-based government. We have to put a structure to our frustrations, define its strategic objectives and submit to the designated authority we appoint. Young people need to understand how the world works. Let’s not be ignorant!

Morality and character is not a “political theoretical conversation”, if you think otherwise, you will be raped in broad day light.

The democracy of the West, which we reference or are enjoying (for the diaspora) was a product of years of TERRIBLE struggles. Ours is still on its way, and we just got our scorecard (current state assessment report).

The souls of men are up for sale and belong to the highest bidder. Are we ready to pay the price?

For those who don’t understand my parable-like writing or agree with it, let me give you a different target in plain English — You have to ensure every child in your sphere of influence, gets good and quality education and can graduate with a tangible competence (or skill) and 98% of our national political-related problems will be over.

“But we do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are saved.”

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10‬:‭39‬ ‭

God bless Nigeria!
